RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable, unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut or modified tiles
- Used or damaged products not due to shipping
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items
- Email us at info@cahockey.us with your order number and description
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation
Return Process
- Email us at info@cahockey.us to request a Return Authorization (RA#)
- We’ll send return instructions and shipping info
- Package the item securely and ship it back to our warehouse
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business daysto appear, depending on your bank
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
