🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable, unless defective

• Custom-cut or modified tiles
• Used or damaged products not due to shipping
• Clearance or final sale items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items
• Email us at info@cahockey.us with your order number and description
• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation

• Email us at info@cahockey.us to request a Return Authorization (RA#)
• We’ll send return instructions and shipping info
• Package the item securely and ship it back to our warehouse
• Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
